I still can’t believe how magical the evening of 24 May 2025 turned out to be. From the moment the first guests walked in, there was this beautiful energy in the room, excitement, curiosity, and such genuine support. It felt like everyone who showed up wasn’t just there for the entertainment (though there was plenty of that!) — they were there because they believed in us, in our vision, and in the power of cultural exchange.
The live performance by Rovy Mingo & Band was unforgettable. Their music set the perfect tone for the night, soulful and energetic. Watching people dance, laugh, and completely immerse themselves in the moment gave me goosebumps.
I was overwhelmed, in the best way. Seeing our community come out to support us, seeing how seriously people took the cause, and hearing them say things like, “You’re doing something really important,” filled me with so much gratitude. This isn’t just a project anymore. It’s a movement.
And thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and cheered us on, we are now one big step closer to taking Namibia to Spain.
So from the bottom of my heart: thank you. This event was about more than raising funds — it was about hope, opportunity, and unity. And we’re just getting started.
