During this intense week, two events took place at the University of Namibia that served as an opportunity to continue promoting the «Yo Me Voy Pa’ España» project. On Thursday, September 19, the International Day of UNAM was held, attended by several ambassadors, including the Spanish ambassador, and various cultural performances took place. Although Spain did not participate in any of them, it was because, for an event intended for students, UNAM did not officially cancel classes, so most students were unable to attend, having some to take exams instead. It was quite a mess.

On the other hand, when the first part ended, four embassies, including Spain’s, served Spanish food with the help of Spanish students from UNAM.

On Friday, September 20, Heritage Day was celebrated in Block Y at UNAM, with limited participation but a festive atmosphere, particularly fueled by the Afrikaans section.
